Following the original Main Contractor’s administration, CM allowed the construction works to continue in line with the existing programme and construction budget. Negotiation of contracts with existing sub-contractors ensured works continued on site at pace maintaining product and trade warranties. This negated the expensive and time consuming process of re-tendering the works. CM further allowed the value engineering of the remaining finishing trade packages ensuring the overall construction budget was maintained and palatable to the expensive development funding on the project.
