Aria is a specialist construction management company helping clients through all aspects of a construction project.
We focus on minimising risk and creating opportunities to maximise the value of our clients’ developments and property assets working across all sectors of the built environment.
All of our clients have benefitted from our extensive project and construction advice. We act in their best interest and manage every element of their project from design and procurement through to final delivery – and all with a focus on delivering client benefits.
Aria’s alternative approach has been adopted very successfully by clients across multiple sectors from historic restorations to private residences, manufacturing and pharmaceutical facilities and commercial fit-outs. It is ideal for complex projects, from a listed building for example to a distressed project where the main contractor has gone bust and/or the parties have fallen out and the project needs completing. However difficult, you can trust Aria to manage and complete the project and then hand you the keys.
Why use construction management?
Construction management is where a client places contracts directly with different trade contractors and uses a construction manager to oversee the contracts and project delivery. Because it avoids the cost of a main contractors overhead and profit, and any risk pricing usually included in more traditional forms of procurement, it is a highly flexible, non-adversarial and successful alternative.
Construction management allows Aria to work collaboratively with a client so we can maximise value, reduce programme, increase efficiency and have maximum flexibility for design changes – all with minimum risk to the client.
